I was not very happy very small bunch for the price and some were broken off near the stem, within 3 days they were over there best and dead by 6th day after delivery, very disappointed nothing like the picture

I ordered the flowers over a week before they came, when they did they were already almost dead. I understand it’s a global pandemic but still unhappy

Not good value. It was late but I blamed that on COVID.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I’ve been using bunches for years. However this last purchase was troublesome. I sent flowers to 4 different people and all 4 arrived almost dead. 1 of the recipients sent them back, the others threw away the dead flowers and tried to revive the rest. Very unsatisfactory!!

Very disappointed with this experience. A bouquet was Ordered on 22nd December 2020. It didn’t arrive until 2nd Jan 2021 by which time the person it was meant for was too ill to see it &died the following day. Bunches have been notified but no response has been received yet (7/1/2021)

Unfortunately the flowers arrived a week after date said for delivery and no email of details was sent to let know the flowers had been sent.

These flowers should of been delivered for the New year, but instead they arrived 6 days late I ordered these on behalf of my mother for her granddaughter Very disappointed

I ordered flowers for December 31st. Order date was confirmed. But the flowers were delivered on January 4. The flowers did not look like your catalog.

The flowers arrived and were nicely boxed but sadly had died within 4 days. Very disappointing especially for the price

Delivered on 24/12 not 23, not impressed with standard of flowers, had to be thrown away on 28/12 as all dead

It was fortunate that the flowers arrived at the correct household. The enclosed card was erroneous. It had the wrong names of both the sender and receiver.

I've used bunches.co.uk a few times before and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this most recent purchase missed the mark. I ordered the flowers on December 18th and was expecting them to arrive on the 21st (my mum's birthday). I had been tracking the delivery for a couple of days and at 6pm on the 21st went online only to find that the last delivery was 4pm that day, and they wouldn't arrive until the following day. Even more disappointing, was the bouquet when it arrived. While the majority of the flowers in the arrangement were beautiful, the astras had already wilted and their heads were drooping from the sides of the bouquet upon arrival. Very disappointing.

I don’t think I will order again the flowers ordered for 9 prospect rd st Neots were not great . They lasted 5 days . So for the money not great

The flowers should have been delivered on Monday 21st & didn't arrive until Thursday 24th. Very disappointed.

I have to admit that I am very disappointed with bunches. This order was Intended for my daughter. At the time of compiling this, she has still NOT NOT received my order scheduled for the 24th. Very disappointed with this service. Dread to think what state the flowers will be in when they they Eventually arrive. Owners

The freesias were very fresh & scented. However the roses had brown petals by day 2 - thrown away as they were dead by day 4. I would not buy this bunch again .

I never saw the flowers as they were a gift - the recipient said they were very nice. However, as the buyer, I was annoyed that the flowers arrived two days after they were due. My flowers were the last to arrive (several other family members sent the recipient flowers for her birthday) which was embarrassing - I understand that in the current circumstances Royal Mail delivery is difficult to estimate, but all these other flower companies seemed to manage to get their flowers there on time.
