“The butterflies were a nice but the bunch of flowers themselves were rather small. I recommended you because I’ve used you a few times before and the flowers have been lovely. So I purchased the “rainbow” bunch of flowers on their behalf as I had an account with you. They were disappointed because they were a birthday gift. Which meant I was quite embarrassed as it was me who suggested they use you! The colours were lovely though, but the size just didn’t seem very good value for money this time unfortunately.”

“I was not that pleased with my recent purchase for my mum. There very few flowers for a lot of money. I could have bought the same amount in a supermarket for £5/6. I am not considering purchasing again.”

“I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday, however, the quality wasn’t great and it was disappointing to hear that they didn’t look very fresh. I love sending flowers to my friends on their special day and it was just a shame that she couldn’t enjoy them as much.”

“I sent flowers to 2 different people. The 1st person the flowers were ok. The 2nd person the flowers were very wilted, however they have picked up since. This has made me think about sending your flowers in the future. I saw a photo of the wilted flowers and I would have been upset and very disappointed with them.”

“Ordered for my parents both who had been in hospital - cheer u gift from the family. Roses and freesias - freesias were fine but the roses lasted 2 days at most - the heads just dropped when they were put in the vase. Really disappointed.”

“Ordered flowers and a Happy Birthday candle for my daughters lock down birthday, a week in advance, but this was obviously not long enough notice to get them there on the day of her birthday as they arrived at 8am the following morning, defeats the object really! The flowers were lovely and she was happy but I was not pleased at them arriving a day late.”

“Not a great experience this time. The flowers were ordered on 9.1.21 to be delivered by first class royal mail post on 19th January...a birthday.....they didn't arrive until 21st which was outwith the delivery policy.....bearing in mind covid which didn't seem to affect the purchase I made from your platform in December even though the volume of traffic is greatly enhanced during that busy period......will not be using this online platform again.....i contacted your online customer service on 20th but did not get your friendly helpful service which you promote just a series of protocol .....which actually was insulting as surprisingly i can read your delivery policy and charter. The delivery was not posted until 18th .....as indicated by the Royal mail receipt...... wasn't going to arrive by the 19th was it?”
