Very disappointed with my purchase, was a present for my daughters 40 th birthday, as with COVID, I can’t see her, so flowers where next best thing..

Because if the time of year, there should have been a bubble of water on the bottom of the bunch as they were delivered in time but the postman left a card to say he was unable to deliver, my daughter was at the hospital so was not home

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift when the delivery was attempted. The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. Most disappointed that having paid extra for delivery to be guaranteed on a specific day, the flowers were delivered on the wrong day and didn't look great for the £28 I paid for them! Also, the greeting card was hidden away underneath all the packaging so our elderly relative didn't know who had sent them!

I have used bunches in the past so returned to them once again However this time I am not happy with poinsettia at all having contacted the company I fell I was fobbed off. Very disappointed

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I'm sorry to say that the flowers that were delivered to my friend after coming out of hospital were almost dead. I was really disappointed as they looked nothing like the picture.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday several days in advance on the website it stated “90% of flowers are delivered on the day” embarrassingly they DID NOT arrive on the day, either I was unlucky enough to be in the 10% category or perhaps that 90% needs revising down. I could have easily ordered them for the previous day if I had known it was unlikely that they would be delivered on the day. So disappointed.

The service I received was very poor. Ordered for an elderly friend to cheer them up on their birthday, 9th Dec. I was drawn to bunches as it states next day delivery so placed the order two days before. Ordered on 7th the flowers arrived 6 days later!! They were probably half dead and withered by then, although my friend would have been to polite to say so - very disappointed to say the least. I really think I should have received a refund instead of an apology blaming the post. Still getting emails saying next day delivery before Christmas, so be careful they may not be delivered till mid-January.

The picture on the web didn’t represent what my daughter actually got. She received less than the amount advised and they looked like a cheap bunch of flowers from a corner shop. The only thing I liked was the vase and the pink gypsophila.

My daughter was very disappointed with flowers, the bunch was made up of mostly gypsophlia and a few stems... not worth the money. Such a shame as we wanted to surprise her as we are currently unable to visit and it was for her 40th birthday. Would not use “Bunches” again.

Flowers arrived on time but didn’t last 7 days. Very disappointed as these were a birthday present for my mother, who due to lockdowns, I’ve not been able to visit with for months.

I ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday to be delivered on 3 December 2020. They did not arrive on the requested day and no note was left, although the delivery driver telephoned the following day at around 17.40 to say that somebody had tried to deliver but nobody was at home. My friend was at home all day and nobody called. What's more the delivery company even suggested my friend provide her payment details as there would be a late delivery charge! I wrote to Bunches by email immediately and explained the situation and have received no reply whatsoever. The flowers arrived three days afterwards looking jaded, however after a night in cold water they did somewhat revive.

I didn't like it. The delivery was very efficient but the flowers themselves were nothing like the picture. They were the ones I ordered, but the picture I saw on the webside was highly misleading. I feel tricked into thinking the bunch was fuller and bigger. Also, some of the flowers were still about to fully bloom. For that reason, I'm not buying from them ever again nor I recommend them. I've paid too much and got too little.

I have got to say that I was quite disappointed with my last purchase from Bunches. I have bought from them in the past and been very happy with the flowers that have been delivered. The last purchase I made from them was to go to my daughter for her 40th birthday but rather that I looking like a nice bouquet, I am afraid it looked more like a bunch of flowers picked up from a garage forecourt. If that is now what they are delivering, I probably wont use them again.

Some of the heads on the flowers were broken off, and items damaged. Informed Bunches by email a week ago, but no reply
