“I have ordered many times but this time really disappointed with awful service and even worse after service - did not deliver the flowers or chocolates - yet charged me . Said would refund me and did not then delivered the flowers but not the chocolates! I cannot visit my mum and now she thinks I forgot her for Mother’s Day and I had booked it weeks in advance”

“Order placed a week before delivery for a special occasion but did not arrive in time. When it arrived the flowers were broken and the box looked like it had been trodden on. Shall use a local florist from now on.”

“I brought the rainbow galaxy for my mum’s 60th birthday and on delivery they were not the flowers I ordered plus they were dead. Bunches resend the flowers but the roses were dead and not the right colour , so will never order flowers from them again!! Could have got better flowers from the super market.”

“Used Bunches for a number of years with no issues. I ordered two flower deliveries for mothers day and both were disappointing. My mother in law told us that a lot of the flowers were dead and my mother told me that they were no where near the standard that I usually send her. She actually thought I had changed company. This is very disappointing and unsure if I will order from this company again. Appreciate there may be issue on supply chain due to CV19, Brexit etc, however as a customers I expect the same level of product and service at the same price I paid.”

“Flowers arrived 2 days late, ordered weeks in advance for delivery the day before Mother’s Day to avoid disappointment. They arrived the day after Mother’s Day having been in 4 Royal Mail depots. There was a speedy response to my queries, just not actually answering the questions. I asked for a refund twice as my order had not been fulfilled correctly. My email was answered but the question was ignored on both occasions. When the flowers arrived the rose petals were withered and I was told this was the way they were supposed to be just pick those ones off.”

“My last two purchases from bunches have been absolutely terrible, worst flowers I have ever bought. Instead of sending them in bud they have been in full bloom and half dead. The last bunch that I ordered for Mother's Day were bone dry and most of the flowers were wilted and dead. I have ordered better flowers from supermarkets at a much cheaper price! One time could be classed as a mistake but this is the second time this has happened! When I told them about it they offered to send me another bouquet which I was happy with that solution but a week has gone by and there is no sign of any bouquet arriving. I was once a very loyal customer but I would highly recommend anyone to never pay out a penny to this terrible company.”

“Very disappointed with bouquet. Will never buy unseen again. My mum is in a care home with dementia and couldn't understand why she was receiving a bunch of (her words) 'weeds'! Looked absolutely nothing like picture online. Extremely upset.”

“Was terrible, we were so gutted when it arrived. Dead flowers and hardly anything to it, was not worth the £30 I paid. Giving this to my mother in law would have been so embarrassing, we rushed out to add supermarket flowers to the ones that we could salvage.”

“Not delivered on time (day before mothers day) even though I ordered them 2 weeks in advance. When I contacted customer services they basically told me that it was not their fault. Then to add insult to injury they said the flowers would be 'thirsty'”

“I would not recommend this flower service to anyone. Bought two seperate bouquet this month and both were a let down i could have bought nicer flowers at a supermarket and done it myself for a third of the price. I am normally someone who does not complain but these qere meabt for very special people and not happy with service at all.”
