“Was a good service but DPD failed to leave a card to the address the chocolates where as meet for . Why is that bad courier service took to wrong address and no card left had to resolve this problem me self”

“Very poor service, flowers arrived 2 days after expected. Fully missed mothers day. Were ordered in time ready for the day,, spoke to customer service and weren't helpful at all. Sadly wont be using again or recommending them going forwards. Shame !!”

“Delivered to wrong address and ruined the surprise. When opened there were lots of broken stems and stems so short they were unusable. Worst than a petrol station. Took photos and sent, asking for refund, but doubt I’ll have any joy. If its an important event, pay the extra and get interflora”

“The flowers were sadly not as expected, they were almost nothing like the image and pretty disappointing. The card however was rather cute. But not worth the £36 :/”

“My orchids arrived on time and initially looked great. However, within a day they had flopped and did not thrive. I am a frequent purchaser of orchids, albeit from another company, and from experience I expect them to last for weeks not hours. These were really disappointing.”

“I spent over £50 for my best friends Birthday last week, only to see the flowers that were received on the same day, they looked like Weeds, I actually cried and apologised to my best friend for the disappointing present. She was so appreciative of just ‘The Thought’ from me, during this hard time of Lockdown. I’m sorry I can’t leave a nice review, I have used your company a few times now and this isn’t the first time that I have been disappointed.”

“I bought some birthday flowers for my sister in law and when she sent me a picture of them I was so disappointed.I had ordered from Bunches before and I was really pleased with them but not this time.I complained to them but I didn't get satisfactory answers from them.On the website the flowers that I ordered were very different from what was sent.Waste of money and definitely wouldn't recommend them.”

“Good quality flowers and fast service. But you get nowhere near the amount of flowers to what the image shows. Very disappointing and NOT worth the money, better off buying from the supermarket or support your local florist!”

“Some of the flowers were still in bud a week after delivery. So they opened at different times and never looked good in the vase. I could have bought nicer flowers at a garage. Didn’t think they were worth £24. Delivery spot on hence one star. Wouldn’t use again.”

“Flowers arrived on scheduled date however 3 stems were broken. The freschias only lasted for 4 days and the iris' didn't flower - they had died before coming out of the bud. Overall very disappointed!”
