“Well to start I order at least a week before mothersday and didn't quite get what was ordered as a substitute had been placed without discussion was supposed to have Farrah cream tea and short bread and got whiskey chocolates instead which no on likes and delivery was in late afternoon instead of during the day so imagine it's mother's Day and your waiting for your mothersday gifts and feel like no one cares from your family try explaining that to your loved one ?”

“Ordered what looked like a beautiful bunch online for £21.. what turned up was a bunch of carnations that looked like they were got for £1 from Tesco. Contacted customer services but they really couldn’t care. Do not buy from here”

“Roses were brown and the petals had cuts in them. I tried to contact customer service before writing this review but they were no help whatsoever. Very disappointed. I would not recommend bunches.co.uk or buy from them again. You would get better quality from Tesco.”

“Sorry but these bunches I ordered for mothers day were quite poor for the amount I spent and my mum was to say the least very disappointed. My brother got her a gorgeous box of flowers from Morrisons which put mine to shame”

“My first lot of flowers arrived broken , stems missing , heads broken and misding as if shoved in the box very carelessly ! So I complained . Received email apologising and covered me another bouquet ! So I excepted . After paying £28.50 for original bouquet , I thought they would send me aquivellant to the price . Asked them to send lilies star gaser + gyp. It cane very quickly but the flowers were not what I asked for and did not match the price I paid !!! £10/£15 pounds worth !!! Total ripoff I WILL NEVER BUY OR ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN !”

“Ordered flowers to my mothers address and our address for my wife on Mother’s Day. I received an email from the courier regarding estimated arrival time for my mothers flowers which arrives in the allotted time. For my wife’s I never received an email but waited in until 6pm. The flowers never arrived and I had to contact bunches directly to ask what had happened, they barely apologised and blamed COVID for delivery issues, all they offered was red livery, no good will gesture baring in mind Mother’s Day had now passed. I paid £6 for delivery on Mother’s Day. Appalling service, avoid like the plague!”

“So disappointed! The flowers next to normal Asda and Sainsbury’s flowers looked pathetic! Paid £40 odd and there was so little flowers! Supermarkets you can get a bunch for a tenner and they look so much bigger and better. They wilted after a few days regardless of the care. Was really upset to be honest when I asked mum to send a pic”

“Up until Mother's Day we held your produce in High regard but since our last purchase for then it wasn't good enough. We wrote to you to complain and have not had a satisfactory answer in fact no answer therefore the reason for your score.”
