I was really disappointed with the flowers received for my Mum's birthday. For the price l paid l could have had a basket of flowers from my local florist. I will not be using you again.

Horrendous experience and could have picked up a bunch of flowers at supermarket for a quarter of the price, have asked to be removed from the mailing list, but they continue to bombard me. I will never purchase again, due to fact nothing was ever done about my complaint in the first place it was swept under the carpet.

The flowers arrived a day late for my sister in laws birthday!! Read the small print next day isnt always next day!

After looking into your order, I can see that you opted for the free First-Class postal delivery service; this service comes with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however this is not a guarantee. i order flowers in a basket said first class free delivery,not until i had paid it said not guaranteed delivered on the day i ordered today for thursday.dissapointed i rung and called why didn't it say under first class no guarantee revered that day,

I ordered two separate bouquets of flowers to be delivered to my daughter in law and friend. Placed the order on 19th November to be delivered on 24th November. However, neither bouquets arrived on 24th. When I emailed to complain they pointed out 95% of flowers arrive on time...unfortunately, the other 5% aren’t guaranteed! I was told they would probably be delivered on Monday 26th, exactly a week after they were ordered!! I requested my money back but was told they guarantee fresh flowers for 7 days. They were dispatched on 23rd so not a lot of time for the recipients to enjoy them. I was told to send photos but by that time the recipients had thrown them out. Not at all happy with the customer service.

As the item being delivered is perishable, we can only dispatch one day generally before the preferred delivery date. We do recommend that if a specific delivery date is required that you upgrade to our courier service. We do offer a 7 day freshness guarantee, therefore if the flowers did arrive in a a poor condition we would like to take this further for you. Very disappointed that flowers I ordered 2 weeks before the celebration arrived the day after the required delivery date......the next morning at 0730 and woke the family up. I'm annoyed as it was a special celebration and the flowers needed to be there on a specific date

Good Morning Thank you for your review. Having looked into your order for you, I can see that your flower gift did not arrive to the recipient due to the wrong postcode being provided to us when the order was placed. As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot take responsibility for any non-deliveries when incorrect address details are provided to us. As a goodwill gesture, I can see that we did offer you a 20% discount code in case you wanted to place the order again with the correct address details. This is still available if you require it. Just awful service. Didn't deliver first bunch, as I had heard nothing from either bunches or the recipient I had to check with her and then with bunches, was told there was no further info but a second bunch would be sent and tracked, this was subsequently left outside a block of flats and taken before i had time to again tell the recipient of the (surprise) flowers that they had been left outside despite her being in all day and no neighbour being buzzed. I contacted bunches again and a final third delivery was scheduled for yesterday, I again heard nothing and when I contacted bunches for a final time they said they had no information about this and would refund me. One week, no flowers, three apparent attempts and having to do all the information chasing. Would not use again.

As a flowers by post company, we do rely on the Royal Mail and nationwide couriers to carry out our deliveries and place good faith in them to do so. On multiple occasions for this order, they have severely let us and yourself down. I can see that 2 x resend of fresh flowers were dispatched from us, however the courier failed to follow the specific instructions that were left on the order by us. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that that the courier will follow these instructions. As the delivery personnel had failed to deliver these flower gifts on several occasions for you, the best resolution from there would be a full refund which has been issued to you with our sincerest apologies. We would like to apologise once again for any disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused to you. We have taken this matter further with the delivery personnel. Kind Regards - Bunches.

I sent your sunshine bouquet to my sister in law who had just returned from hospital on Tuesday 27th November and visited her on the following Saturday to see the flowers hanging over in the vase which had plenty of water in it. The Astrameria and carnations looked particularly sad and I was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. This was a big let down as this is the first time I have used your company. 😟

This is my score on my last experience, apparently the wrong post code was put into your system so my friend didn't get her flowers. The thing that made it much more upsetting and very aggravating was her member of staffs attitude, she definitely needs Customer Service training, I will. It use you any more.

Paid extra for their special delivery to guarantee delivery for an anniversary but instead of leaving the flowers on the doorstep Royal Mail took them back to their depot with restricted collecting times and a redlivery date to ensure the bouquet would be a bunch of twigs. Recipients had to make a special trip to collect. A rubbish service and won't be using them again

Spent over £60 on three bunches of flowers, to arrive on a saturday, but ordered on the Tuesday, previous. The flowers never arrived. Called to complain, but was met with total indifference. They have no ability to track flowers or recourse if they don't arrive and refuse to give any compensation. I wrote a further written complaint to the MD's of the company, who didn't even bother to respond. Indicative of their service really.... AVOID!

Used once. Flowers ordered for Saturday arrived Tuesday! Contacted, their response was disinterested. Couldn't recommend them. Won't use them again.

Guys very disappointed with my purchase. I chose a delivery date of 14th November for a birthday but this was received 16th November. I get 95% of deliveries are meant to take place on the delivery so 5% are late. But two days late? The recipient told me the flowers were dry and looked in poor condition and she had to put them in water (i guess as a result of late delivery sat in storage somewhere). Hard to see me using Bunches again.
