“The Flowers were a ‘thinking of you’ gift for my cousin. She said the packaging was nice, so no damage, but unfortunately the flowers themselves were not as fresh as we would have liked.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my mother “fresh springtime” I think. She was very pleased with it, but she did say it was yellow roses, yellow carnations and iris. Not at all what I ordered. I was expecting America, white and yellow carnations with gypsophila. Not really sure.”

“The bouquet looked beautiful on arrival on Saturday. The instructions were followed to the letter but unfortunately by Thursday the bunch started to die. Only 2 of the irises had bloomed before they died. I was very disappointed to hear that as the first impression was great.”

“Was quite disappointed after seeing the bunch i had chosen for my mums birthday. Thought it was quite small for the price i paid and they didn't seem as bright as i had imagined. The chocolates were a hit. They arrived the date i had asked. Sorry I can't give a 5* review”

“Although I haven’t seen the flowers I did feel some disappointment when told of the number of flowers in the bunch. I know there was a small cake in the price, but the small number of flowers is disappointing. Today I have received freesias and they cost the same as I paid for flowers to go to Darlington. My flowers are a large bunch and look beautiful.”

“Very disappointed with my last order. I've been a regular customer for several years and never had a problem before. I ordered flowers for a 65th wedding anniversary and they arrived a day late. Disappointing on this occasion. ☹️”

“I have no idea what the flowers were like as my friend did not say too much other than 'thank you for the lovely flowers'. I think if they were exceptional she would have been a bit more enthusiastic than that. This is why I only rated it 3. It was easy to order online.”
