“My friend loved the birthday flowers I'm a bit confused why they have jumped in price so much I've used bunches for at least 8 years found price acceptable but I'm reluctant to send flowers because they have got expensive”

“I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers at the same time (prices are very reasonable) for addresses in Bristol (about 15 mins away from each other). I ordered early on Friday and expected both to be delivered on Saturday- as the advertising advised. The first bouquet arrived early Saturday morning. The second bouquet arrived Monday afternoon. I couldn't speak to anyone at the weekend and called Monday morning to find out what was happening. The bouquet of flowers arrived in good condition. My issue is that I hadn't taken on board that Royal Mail don't deliver on a Sunday. Had I known this, I would have left the order until Monday. Maybe that could be made clear on the website for future customers? Having said all that both bouquets matched the online picture and my family were delighted with them. My comments below are about the delayed delivery, which was understandably disappointing- sorry.”

“Very good quality for the flowers we ordered for an address in England. We also tried to order flowers for delivery to Northern Ireland but Bunches no longer provide that service. We discovered an alternative supplier who do deliver to Northern Ireland and, as a consequence, will be using them for all future purchases within the UK.”

“The first time I ordered lovely on-time and text sent to let me kn they had BN delivered, other three times late and no message sent, si surprises were spoilt as I had to ring ppl to see they had arrived , they're lucky to be rated at all!”

“Ordered for my mother for her birthday on 21st February, a Friday Arrived on 23rd not looking too well as probably been boxed up since 20th. I queried on 22nd and just got some awful impersonal response, blaming Royal Mail. I asked out postman and he said the £1.99 extra would make no difference . My family used for all occasions but probably will not in the future.”

“Lovely flowers in their own respect and well priced. The roses started off lovely but only lasted a few days and then when they drooped, the lilies came out of bud. It’s a shame that the lilies and roses weren’t both lovely at the same time to make them look nicer.”

“On time delivery but could have bought more of the same flowers for less at a local supermarket. Will not be ordering from bunches again as they have really tightened their purse strings.”
