“Lovely flowers as usual but unusually during lockdown this is the 1st delivery I’ve had that was 2 days late. Shame but most of the flowers survived”

“I won’t be using Bunches again after being a customer for over 10 years because they now won’t guarantee a definite delivery day (for example flowers for a birthday) unless you pay £6 extra. They give you a two day delivery promise for free but that’s no good if you want your gift to arrive on a special day. Flowers as always are good quality.”

“I would've rated 2.5 stars as 3 implies acceptable - they just to say were acceptable but not up to the usual standard. Bunches have been my 'go to' florist for years but my most recent experience has been very disappointing. Most of their flowers now seem to be sent by post - both sets of flowers I ordered arrived in a rather sorry state (wilted), and as it was the day after a funeral, I simply couldn't be bothered to complain. One set of flowers were simply abandoned on the doorstep - no bell rung and both residents were in the property all day as they were working from home. It is only by chance that one of them went outside and saw the box.”

“My friend was very lukewarm about the quality of the bouquet. She said there were only 4 sprigs of flowers., The rest being greenery. I am disappointed especially as it was followed a day later with a wonderful bunch!”

“It’s hard to write a review when I don’t actually see the flowers I am sending. I’ve used Bunches for many years and only had one problem when PO delivery left box behind waste bin and it wasn’t found till bin collection Day. And as flowers I send are mostly a surprise, receiptants don’t know they are coming but I have been sent photos and they have been pleased with them.”

“As a first time user of Bunches, I was somewhat bemused to discover that I had to ring the recipient to discover if the bouquet I had pre-ordered had arrived. Unfortunately, my cousin is in a care home so although I was able to establish from a member of staff that the flowers had been delivered, whether they arrived on the expected day or what the quality was like I still have no idea. I just hope they were as lovely as depicted on the website. I should like to be able to answer the following 'optional' questions but under such circumstances you will understand why that is not possible.”

“Really surprised to find the blooms with no wrapping round the base of the stems to provide moisture and the blooma were untethered in 5he box. The flowers were lovely once they opened and smelled divine.”

“I purchased flowers for my daughter for her wedding anniversary. I placed my order well in advance. I gave the date I wanted them to arrive. The site says because of COVID allow extra time for arrival. So, why did they not arrive on time?I was very disappointed as the flowers arrived a day late.”
