The "extras" were extremely poor value for money. The flowers themselves were nice, but very far removed from the stock photograph. Overall, disappointing I'm afraid. I was also quite surprised that they were delivered in a flat box with no oasis of any sort so were very dry. Even in full bloom this purchase will look nothing like the picture on the website.

The flowers looked nothing like the bunch I ordered and they wasn't many folwers within the bunch. Was disapointed

Seen photos today of flowers ordered from this site by my friend to her Mother in th UK...what she received upon delivery was disgusting and a sad excuse for a boquet, no resmblance! The delivered floweres were droopy, un bloomed and looked nearly dead! My 5 year old assembles better boquets from our front garden, seriously! Will NEVER use bunches based on her experience!

Mum received her flowers on time for mothers day. I have used bunches several times and the flowers have been perfect. Today mum's flowers arrived however there were several flowers stems broken that she could not display in her vase as they are too damaged.

First time ordering with this company and compared to others I've used in the past I was disappointed with the spray of flowers,certainly don't feel I had value for money.

I was so disappointed with the flowers for my mum, they were no where near worth the money I paid , I had to go out and buy some more , really upset about this.

Definitely not worth the money even with the discount I could have bought a supermarket bunch of flowers for a lot less with more/better flowers in.

I asked for my flowers to be delivered on the Saturday and they were delivered on the Friday. This was ok because it was stated that this could happen. However there was no time period given in which the flowers would be delivered so my mum wasn't in for the deliveries which means she will have to collect them Monday from the post office and they will be dead. It was a Mother's Day surprise so I couldn't tell her to wait in all day Friday and Saturday. If you were to have given a time period in which they would have been delivered for example: between 1pm-2pm Friday I could have asked her to stay in and not missed the delivery. For this reason I will not be purchasing from Bunches again.

Unfortunately, the Royal Mail First Class post option chosen does not offer a specified time (or day) for delivery. We currently offer a before 1pm delivery option with Fedex but nothing more specific. I will pass this feedback onto our Marketing team. Prompt delivery but there was no arrangement at all, the flowers my mother and my mother in law received looked more like something you would pick up at a garage. There was no arrangement and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Being abroad I was really hopeful that these flowers would arrive as publicized. It had nothing to do with being in full bloom, they are bloomed and in bloom for longevity which I appreciate. When you order flowers for delivery the very least you expect is for them to be arranged to reflect the sale. - disappointed :(

Flowers picked for Mother's Day, turned up to my mam looking like a bunch of adds unopened buds..... Only a few of the flowers were open,others day is about having the flowers arriving looking lovely not a bunch of buds

My flowers came and some where slightly dead or dying, I also never received any flower food for my flowers so doubt they are going to last very much longer

I and my family have used Bunches on numerous occasions , with nothing but praise for the quality of the product/service. However on this occasion that level of service was far below what I would normally expect . I reside literally hundreds of miles and a two hour ferry journey from my mother's residence , so bunches was utilised for her flowers at Mothers Day, an important day in my Mother's eyes, they were delivered to her by the walking postman extracting them from his postal bag , he passed the box to my mother holding the bottom advising her to do the same as the box bottom was soaking wet and the cardboard strength had obviously been compromised by the water . I had paid £1.99 for a Mother's Day Card to be included and have been advised by my mother that it did not arrive, she does however state that the bunch if flowers are lovely, but she would to save me any disappointment, however I gave to rake her word fir it that the flowers are okay. Will I use bunches again , probably , I consider the damaged box problem to have been the fault of the Post Office and possibly the card was lost through the compromised box bottom, however I paid my money to Bunches and ultimately the fault lies with them .

Bunch of flowers were very different to the picture online very disappointed only a few flowers in the bunch not good quality at all won't be shopping online for flowers again!

I placed 3 separate orders for Mother Day. They all arrived a day before my chosen date, which ruined any surprise as no-one was in when they were delivered. Also I bought the recommended 'best sellers' the bunches of flowers were tiny to say the least. I'm afraid I'll be back to buying flowers from supermarket next year. Better quality, quantity & value. Big dissapointment, as shown by all the mums that received them!

Regarding delivery, I see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option where the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. With this option, delivery takes between 1-2 days so to make sure no special occasions are missed, we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, you can choose one of our courier options. With thanks.

I ordered an ex large bunch and they are tiny! I was expecting a big hearty bunch of flowers but they aren't. Plus they were delivered on the wrong date!

No card was left to let me know the flowers had been left in my shed, i happened to find them in there 2 days after they were due to be delivered!! I happened to know they were being delivered but if i hadnt they would have just died in the shed and never been enjoyed. Absolutely awful service when you buy an unusual bouquet too be delivered to mark a special occassion.

The price I paid for a bunch of flowers and chocolates you would expect a decent bunch not one you could buy in Tesco that would look better. As for the free box of chocolates - it's not a box it's a small sample bag. I feel ripped of and what a waste of my money. Not happy
