“Looked nothing like the picture on the website, looked rather pathetic. Delivered a day earlier than requested, normally this is a good thing but it was for Mother's Day and I requested a Saturday delivery and they arrived on Friday!”

“I am so disappointed in the quality of your products. I have used your site before and was impressed. I recently ordered x2 bunches both I was extremely disappointed with. I also paid additional for cards these were also poor quality. I took pictures of the Mother's Day bunch. I will not recommend it be using your site again.”

“Received flowers on mothers day, sent by my son. He was excited as me when they arrived. However when I opened the box he was so disappointed and embarrassed. The flowers were not even fresh. Tiny card tiny cake and chocolate buttons. Very very overpriced. Would not recommend.”

“The picture on the site was beautiful and i ordered the same amount that they said was in pucture for my mother on mothers day. I had her send me a picture of hers and they were nothing like the picture on site flimsy bunch that im ashamed i sent. They were fresh but there was no way they could be like advertised”

“Bought flowers for my mum for mothers day the postman left them outside her door without knocking luckily a neighbour seen them and let my mum know they were on her doorstep and also on the website it's says you deliver the flowers as buds so they last longer but all the flowers were fully open.Not happy I'm afraid with this order.”

“Totally dry, poor quality flowers, very misleading offer, rubbish chocolates and ridiculous extra charge for delivery on Friday. Generally very expensive and very poor customer service. Never again.”

“The flowers delivered were a really spindly bunch that bore little resemblance to the advertised image. I'd even ordered a bunch that was bigger than that shown in the picture. Very disappointed indeed.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would ! Flowers come , for a start complete wrong colour , looked nothing like the photo and I upgraded to a large bunch which I'm pretty sure it wasn't , also they say they arrive in bud, More like over half of them fully bloomed which meant some of them looked withered and dead, next thing was I added extras like butterflies and Gypsophila they come separate to the flowers meaning my mum had to arrange her own flowers? Never known a company to do that, the card that come with it was £1.99 I could have got a much better quality card from moon pig for about the same price , not only that it was all bent in the box , with the flowers and the added extras I spent nearly £50, for that money I would have expected So much more! Called the company today as I was so angry it completely ruined my Mother's Day gift and now out of pocket getting another replacement gift, I had to send photos of proof - which I did I took photos straight away anyway , but now waiting back for a reply on whether I get a refund or not! Pretty sure it states on the website " no quibble guarnetee if your not happy we will send another bouquet (no thanks) or refund you" so I will be quoting this when or if I even get a reply ! Word of advice steer clear from this company , may have had "some" good reviews but also had bad ones too and you don't want to be that one customer who spends a lot of money to be disappointed, I will now be supporting my local florists as I've never had bad experiences with them just thought I would try someone different , well that was a bad idea never again!”

“The flowers that arrived looked nothing like what we had ordered. There was about 6 flowers some were limp and the the bunch was much smaller than what we had been shown online. Feels as though I have been mislead and missold flowers from Bunches. Very disappointing!”
