I was very disapointed as the bouquet that I saw on the website was a reasonable size, when I went to give the bouquet to my colleague from of my department , I felt so embarassed as the bouquet received was so small wasn't in anyway value for the money that I spent in total £34.98. My company has 300 employees and we use to buy foleers at bunches , but I spoke with 2 of my other colleagues and they were also disapointed with recent purchases of bouquets from bunches. In spite of clear instructions on outside of box, the postman refused to leave the flowers outside the front door. My daughter in law had to travel to nearest collection point some days later(she was mourning the death of her mother) when I enquired if she had received my gift of flowers. Cosequently, the flowers were wilted and in poor state. I realise that the fault was not Bunches, but I think an alternative method of delivery would be to your advantage.

Unfortunately although delivery was on schedule as expected, I had ordered three butterflies to go in to the flowers but instead these were sent separately still I their packet...this was almost embarrassing, I thought they would be presented in the flowers?

I have never had any problems with Bunches in all the years which I have dealt with you, but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the flowers, cake, chocs and mini balloon on Thursday 20th October, to be delivered preferably on Saturday 21st October, or if that could not be possible, Monday 23rd October, which would have been a shame, as her 21st birthday was on the Sunday. It was actually Tuesday when I received a telephone call to say that her flowers were at the post office, and she was just going to pick them up, which actually meant if they were made up Thursday, they had nearly 5 days with no water! I am sorry but this is not acceptable, you usually leave them somewhere convenient.

The flowers were left hidden at the address and no note was provided for the recipient. Thus the flowers were left outdoors for a few days. The surprise turned out to be a somewhat disappointment.

Flowers were delivered wrong day, thought the colours were mix and match with a lot of reds that were not in the bouquet autumn glow that i picked and few of flowers looked dry and limp

The flowers were lovely but unfortunately the delivery man didn't do as requested and took them back to the depot. This resulted in an unnecessary and inconvenient journey to collect them.

I am sorry to say that this time the flowers my Mother received where not very good they did not come up to a quality that I expect from Bunches, they were limp and ragged with a poor flower quality.

The flowers and extras were ordered for 16th October 2017 our wedding anniversary(Monday). Unfortunatley they turned up on the Saturday (14th October) which mean that by the time they were opened on the Monday, they had been without water for at lest 2 days. This impaired both the look of the flowers and how long the subsequently lasted. (less than a week).

I was disappointed, having paid for courier delivery they were not delivered on the Monday. I had to contact the person they were a present for, who picked them up from the Post Office as they would not deliver for 48 hours, Wednesday. They were despatched on Saturday., so 4 days in transit, consequently, not in a very good condition.

My daughter sent me a photo of the bouquet, and I was disappointed with the appearance compared with the photo and description on the website. I took a long time choosing and it ended up looking cheap.

I asked for delivery on 14th October (I do realise that you do not guarantee delivery on a specific date) and delivery was made on 13th. The flowers went to the 'depot' and were collected on Saturday. When the flowers were opened they were described as rather 'limp'. I was particularly disappointed in this outcome as this gift was meant to be 'an olive branch' in a very sensitive and difficult situation. I was further disappointed because I had received flowers from Bunches myself and was very pleased and decided to try Bunches for myself.
