I have used bunches for some time now and never had any complaints, this time the box was badly damaged and the flowers were in full bloom not buds . Quite disappointed this timx

The flowers were not as advertised, even though i paid additional for the extra stems the quality of the flowers were not adequate. Gave it a day to blossom and they still seem wilted and tired looking. Wife was extremely disappointed as it was delivered for her Birthday

Was very disappointed with the quantity of flowers for the money I paid, I added an extra item being a balloon which was tiny, overall not good at all as it was for my daughter who had just given birth to baby girl and I wanted something special to send her. I could of brought three times the amount of flowers for the amount I paid.

We visited our son and his fiancé approx two days after flowers were delivered, she had other flowers that had been given to her that looked very nice we were expecting our offering to look very nice too but we were very disappointed they looked nothing like the picture in fact we could have probably bought a better bunch in a service station, his fiancé actually had to add more flowers to make them look something that resembled a bouquet of flowers. We have used yourselves before and we were happy then but not now.

Its the first time ever I've received a negative review from the party concerned where the flowers were sent to. I've used Bunches many times so it does surprise me. The comments that I've just received back from a colleague who visited the bereaved party were :- being perfectly honest they didn’t blow me away, they looked a little wilted which I wouldn’t expect to see after a few days (delivery Sat 28th Oct 2017 and visited Thursday 2nd Nov 2017. It was expressed by the visiting party that she had a £5 bunch of lillies from Asda that are on week 3 that look better to be honest!. It might be the kind of flowers requested that caused this as I've always bought a mixture which contain carnations and i know that these last longer.

Ordered 15 beautiful orchid stems. 2 stems were snapped before the wrapper was off and 1 stem was limp and wilting 😔

I have used Bunches several times and have recommended you to friends and family. However the bunch of flowers my daughter received for her birthday was very sparse and nothing like the picture indicated on your site. My daughter tried to avoid showing me as she was embarrassed about how small it was. Very poor value for money.

The bouquet was small despite paying more for an extra large bunch. I would’ve done better to buy a £10 bunch from supermarket. Despite my mum being home, a card was left and she had to arrange a lift to collect them (she’s 84 and doesn’t drive). Very disappointed with whole experience so will not use this company again.

Some of the flowers were damaged in transit. Buds dropped off . Freesias appeared limp. Sadly I have purchased better quality flowers from petrol station.

Did not get an e-mail to say they had been delivered. Was told they were despatched on 27thOctober but did not arrive until 31st October. Still no e-mail to say they were delivered.

The flowers delivered were totally different from the picture I ordered. Although the flowers delivered were nice they weren’t what I chose so was I bit disappointed because the flowers I wanted were a bit different.
