“These are pretty good . The flowers were in bud so lasted longer however didn’t look that impressive as a gift but still really good value.”

“Little disappointed with delivery time after paying additional cost for courier service, ended up taking longer then standard delivery. Flowers were not at their best when delivered. I understand we are in difficult times and it must be very hard to maintain usual standards but after contacting via e mail regards delivery I felt an offer to refund additional delivery charge could have been offered.”

“Not to impressed with this order. Flowers began wilting after only 3 days, the whole bunch went in the bin after 6. Disappointed considering the price I paid. Have ordered from here before but don't think I will be again.”

“Generally ok, but a bit disappointing on this occasion. 3 sets of flowers ordered for delivery on the same day to three separate people. One arrived on the due date with tulips in excellent condition, one 2 days later where flowers were ok and final one arrived a day after that, with the tulips definitely past their best.”

“I have used Bunches many times over the years and they have always provided an excellent service. This year my mum is in a nursing home on her 88th birthday during "lockdown" with the C-19 pandemic. I ordered the flowers a week before her birthday. However; they arrived a day late:( I can understand that with the current situation and the fact that it was two days after the bank holiday, however I was a little disappointed in their late arrival, especially as I was unable to go and visit her. I will give Bunches another go when I next need to send flowers. However; if they fail to deliver on time, it will be time to look elsewhere....”

“I love ordering from bunches and have always been delighted. This time, as I usually do I chose the option for Royal Mail delivery not realising that it would take a week to be delivered. As a result my friend finally got her flowers but sadly they were in a sorry state. My advice would be to avoid the regular Royal Mail delivery for the time being. Maybe bunches could take that option down until the mail returns to normal”

“The first bunch of flowers were beautiful, the second were wilted and just gave my auntie a really bad impression. I was so impressed with the price, the delivery time and the whole experience in general and was looking forward to using yourselves as my main florist but I’m just worried I can trust the actual quality of all the bouquets.”

“Delivered on day requested well packaged and arranged. Was very disappointed with the roses.. 2 didn't open at all and died within days the other one partially opened then wilted straight away despite following all instructions properly. Shame as they were a birthday present for my mum and the reason I chose this bunch as they are my mums favourite rose.”

“I was sad that the flowers which I had bought for my partners Birthday faded so quickly, especially the roses which I had imagined would be beautiful and when in full bloom. Unfortunately the heads dropped the day after arrival. Such a shame Bunches. Flowers which we have received before have been beautiful, hence why I thought to use you for an important occasion. Very sad.”
