“I was a little disappointed with this and would have definitely complained had I not got a discount (It was my first order). The butterflies were pretty but the flowers were very minimal, however, after a few days it started to look better. I wouldn’t buy this again I’m afraid.”

“I was very upset with the first delivery, however dealing with the agent Minnie we managed get a final conclusion thank you. They sent us a second delivery which was like the picture, and in much better condition which makes me think the first lot were an accident. I may be content to try them again. once again my thanks to Minnie.”

“Flowers were delivered a day late (this was unfortunate, but I know it can happen in 7% of cases, when delivery is not couriered). However, this extra day of sitting in a hot post office depot somewhere, meant that the bouquet was looking a bit sad when it did get delivered. Some of the flowerheads looked withered and some leaves have started to rot under the plastic wrapper. So, maybe the packaging can be improved to safeguard against delivery delays? On the plus side, the flower selection was lovely, and even included daisies (my partner's favourite flower), which are difficult to get from florists.”

“Lovely flowers but I was incredibly disappointed that they turned up late. I purposefully ordered the flowers weeks in advance so they arrived on my friends birthday and they turned up a day late. This has made me question using bunches again.”

“I’d rather not write a review. I ordered them for myself because they are the same I ordered for a friend last year. I found out months after that they were disappointing and thought I’d look for myself. I don’t want to be mean and go below 3 stars it’s your business after all. I was definitely disappointed. I liked the butterflies though Some of the flowers and the gyp were brown on arrival. As in dying”

“Ordered three bouquets to be sent to different addresses. One was delivered on the correct day, one the day after and the last one the day after that. Completely understand that the post is outside of their control. I have been told the flowers were lovely.”

“I bought the flowers as a gift to cheer up my mum. We have been finding it hard not seeing each other during lockdown so I sent her (and my dad) gifts to put smiles back on their faces. The flowers arrived quickly by first class post which had been a concern, however the flowers were not in bud as described on the webpage. The flowers also only lasted four days. It has been warm recently which you would expect to reduce the longevity of cut flowers however I have bought her flowers before at this time of year which have last for well over a week, some almost two weeks. Overall impressed by the service but disappointed by the quality”

“Disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the chosen day and when queried was told that there was only a 93% chance of that happening...to me 93% is good odds. The flowers when they arrived were left on the doorstep without a knock on the door and were in a very sad state. As these were a birthday present I have since sent another flower delivery from another company to make up for my sister's disappointment.”
