The flowers were delivered but unfortunately one of the bunches was broken in half as were a couple of the carnations. No reply to my email unfortunately. This was a shame as always had a positive experience before.

Came on day they where mean't to. Looked good out of the box but instead of the usual 7ish days they usually last most where dead 4/5 days after receiving them.

Arrived ok, well packed on Saturday. Unfortunately roses, stocks had died by Tuesday. Sunflowers still ok. Not overly impressed!

I have put acceptable as the friend I sent them to seemed pleased, however, she sent a photo of them and I must say I was disappointed, they did not look nearly as nice as on the website.

Received fabulous flowers from a friend, and then ordered from you. Rather disappointed as these flowers were not as fresh and didn't last long. They were a different type. Better luck next time!

It was unusual for Bunches that this purchase was so late and photo showed flowers looking droopy.

I sent a bunch of flowers to 2 different people. The vintage bunch was very good, the iris and freesias bunch look rather sad. This is the only time I haven't been pleased with everything I've ordered.

Flowers were ordered to arrive Saturday but didn’t arrive until Monday so were flagging a little. They have perked up ok since delivery. Maybe consider not ordering for weekend delivery.

I was disappointed that the flowers I ordered for my sisters birthday did not arrive on the day I asked ( her birthday) I did order 10 days in advance. The surprise and anticipation was lost. My sister said the flowers were lovely. However it was a bit of a let down.

I was a little underwhelmed with the flowers I bought for my neighbour. The bunch looked quite small and nothing like the picture.

The flowers were really nice, almost perfect, however they didn't last more than 6 days before they died off, which is a shame given the costs, I think I'll stick to supermarket flowers in future.

The flowers were very nice but the delivery date was missed. Customer Services did apologise after I made a complaint.

I can only comment on the ordering facility which was easy to follow but I have no idea as to the condition,state or presentation of the chosen bouquet. Not even sure if the order arrived.

These are pretty good . The flowers were in bud so lasted longer however didn’t look that impressive as a gift but still really good value.
