“My relative died so I had these flowers sent to his widow .... they turned up half dead !!!! I was very upset and not impressed. She had to throw them away !!!”

“Where do I start. I’ve been a loyal customer of Bunches for over 10 years. I ordered some flowers costing over 30.00 for my mums birthday. These were particularly important as she is really poorly and can’t spend her birthday as she would want to. 20% of the flowers were dead on arrival and most of the rest wilting. On the second and third day they became worse. Although extremely disappointed and upset I can understand mistakes happen especially in the current climate however I emailed a week ago to request a refund so I could buy elsewhere (Tesco would have been 100 times better) no response whatsoever. I have spent 100s of pounds with bunches but I will never purchase from them again.”

“Unimpressed with the flowers as I upgraded to "luxe". Not the small box that were sent. Usually have a great results with bunches, not this time though.”

“By far the worst flower bouquet I have ever seen. The actual item had nothing to do comparing to the photo provided on the web site. The cost of the bouquet was £35 and honestly, there was no difference from an £8 bouquet from Morrisson's.”

“Hi. I'm very disappointed with flowers I have ordered for my friends birthday, she received them on 4th Feb as I requested but yesterday were already dead compared to other flowers she received on the same day from different companies, I can send you pictures if needed, they shouldn't look like that after 3-4 days!”

“The flowers did not look fresh at all, they were a gift and I doubt they lasted very long, was a little embarrassed to give them. If I had seen them in a shop I would not have purchased them.”

“I value Bunches but have been unable to submit an order for almost a week. I had a promotion and been unable to use as the website is so poor. I have also endeavoured to pay, but the system only allows to ap by PAL. Grateful if you can rectify please. I have 4 orders to place but running out of time”

“Used these a few times but disgusted with the birthday bouquet (£33) plus extra for the cake and a birthday card, taking it to a total of £40, I ordered from them last week, freesias snapped, broken and bent, roses rotted brown petals.!!! I will never buy from here again and would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!!”

“Always use Bunches for gifts however this time the flowers were not available and I was not notified until I contacted them. Very disappointed as these were for a specific day. They eventually arrived over 10 days late.”

“The flowers that we ordered for my mums birthday came nothing at all like the photo on the website I phoned up right away but got told to wait 48 to 72 hours to give them time to bloom and I got told that I hadn’t arranged them properly well I’m not a florist! I arranged them as I thought and They haven’t lasted they’ve died which I’ve sent pictures in an email and now I’ve got told I’ve got a wait for a reply to see what will happen I will not be ordering again I think the service and the way you get spoken to it’s just not great customer service”

“Flowers were delivered by Royal mail they were delivered a day late by the time the recipient had them the flowers had wilted they were a birthday gift and so was very disappointing”
