“I sent my daughter a bouquet as she is suffering from Covid 19 for the second time, and understandably very depressed. My granddaughter sent me a picture of the ‘bouquet’ and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Half of the flowers looked dead and rest looked like they had given up the ghost. I was very embarrassed to have sent them. I did contact the customer services, but they were no help at all. Saying to wait for them to bloom. Even if they did bloom, they were pathetic and nothing at all like the photo on the webpage. I certainly will never recommend or use this company again.”

“I always used to get my flowers from here, however my most recent purchase (rainbow flutters) was a complete disappointment. It was nothing like the picture on the site, you only get a few colourful branches and some butterflies. I have got these as a present for someone I was so embarrassed when they sent me a picture of them. Definitely not worth the pricetag of what I paid Will not be using their service again.”

“I was really disappointed with the flowers I received for my wife’s birthday, the roses were already brown in places on arrival and almost all the leaves were soft and droopy, they also flowered way ahead of the freesias, so the roses were almost dead by the time the freesias flowered. Comparing these flowers to others my wife received on her birthday from other online sellers Bunches were very poor by comparison.”

“I was very disappointed with the service. I paid extra to have my bunch of flowers and cake delivered on a certain date as it was my sisters 50th birthday. It was delivered a day late, and when I emailed they said the service was only 95% likely to deliver on the date requested and didn't offer any refund of delivery or apologise. The bunch and cake turned up a day late and was the most disappointing bouquet I have ever seen, I felt embarrassed to have paid what I did for what got delivered to my sister. Again I emailed and was told it was how my sister had arranged the flowers!! I will never buy from this company again and would NOT recommend you do either.”

“My aunt got the flowers on time. But the quality was terrible she said. The worst she has received from Me. Said they were dead on arrival. Very brown. Smh. I won’t be ordering again from bunches. Will stick to whiterose”

“Beyond disappointed. Found my mum some flowers which looked amazing online, for my mums 50th birthday. Spent a good amount of money (over£25), expect good packaging, delivery... etc flowers had no water, flowers were wrapped squished, and paper was a crumpled with 0 care from the florist. Looked like a tiny £5 bunch from Asda. Will definitely not be buying again. Would love my money back if I could!!!”
