“Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money spent. Looks nothing like the picture. I was embarrassed that I had sent this as a special 95th gift.”

“Always use Bunches for gifts however this time the flowers were not available and I was not notified until I contacted them. Very disappointed as these were for a specific day. They eventually arrived over 10 days late.”

“Not value for money even they were supposed to be 1/2 price. Week later still not opened and have started to shrivel. Will not be ordering again”

“The flowers that we ordered for my mums birthday came nothing at all like the photo on the website I phoned up right away but got told to wait 48 to 72 hours to give them time to bloom and I got told that I hadn’t arranged them properly well I’m not a florist! I arranged them as I thought and They haven’t lasted they’ve died which I’ve sent pictures in an email and now I’ve got told I’ve got a wait for a reply to see what will happen I will not be ordering again I think the service and the way you get spoken to it’s just not great customer service”

“Flowers were delivered by Royal mail they were delivered a day late by the time the recipient had them the flowers had wilted they were a birthday gift and so was very disappointing”

“I did send them an email to let them know the on-line ordering was a nightmare at the time about 3hrs to finally go through in which time i missed my desired delivery date :( They never responder to my emails either.”

“Firstly I received a scam email from supposedly from the same courier company that bunches use saying the flowers were undelivered which cause stress. Secondly the flowers were not as pictured online and in the end went to a supermarket and brought two more bunches for half the price. I would not recommend using this company.”

“Disappointing, for the price you pay, you atleast expect it them to turn up in a nice box, not some terrible cardboard box which the flowers were squashed into. The flowers looks mostly dead when they arrived probably due to them being squashed into a tiny cardboard box.”
