“Not what I expected at all, while I appreciate advertising images won’t always like like the product delivered. Due to the different lengths to which the product was delivered, there was no possible way they could have been arranged to even attempt to look like the advertisement. You state the product would come in bud form for a longer life, this was not the case as 9 of the 11 sent were already open. I used online purchase for convenience, my error I should have taken more time to shop myself.”

“I placed the order on the 13th to allow plenty of time for the order to be fulfilled on the 18th. The order did not arrive until 20th. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement as I have used them before. The did offer a refund for postage which I refused as it as insulting. I could have rang a local florist to save that.”

“Very very disappointed with what was sent to my mum for Mother's this year. I live in Australia and was hoping these flowers would be of a much better quality.Not at all worth the £36 I was charged. I had to ask a relative if she could replace them. She went to tesco and got a far superior bouquet. Not good Bunches you need to step it up for international customers.”

“I have used Bunches for many years now and I have to say I have never been so disappointed and unimpressed with the flowers that my mother received this Mother's Day. I did go onto the live chat on your website with photos to be told the instructions were not followed correctly (which they were to the letter) the customer service person had such a bad attitude that unfortunately, I will not be using Buches ever again, there isn't an option on here to upload the photos to show how pathetic the flowers were that my mother received. So I would NOT recommend anyone wasting their hard-earned money on such rubbish honestly my local Garage sells better. DO NOT BUY FROM BUNCHES.”

“Ordered a Mother's Day bouquet. Specified delivery for Saturday. Only shipped out via Royal Mail on Friday so obviously arrived late. Bunches didn't care and offered no help. Unlikely to use again. They know who I am so no need for my name here”

“Wasn’t happy with the flowers at all, delivered to my mother on the Saturday before Mother’s Day which was fine but by the monday two of the flowers had died. I won’t be ordering from Bunches again”

“Sorry but this time I'm afraid to say they have let me down. Been ordering off them for years and ordered two bunches for Mother’s Day, one bouquet was fine the other all dried out with broken stems and not a lot of greenery, certainly not up to their usual standard. Contacted them and was just fobbed off and told to wait till the flowers bloom more and move them around the vase a bit. Comparing the one bunch to the other you could clearly see quality control in this case was not great. Unfortunately let down so will be going elsewhere in future.”

“I was very disappointed with my order, it looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. The amount of blooms for the price was pathetic. For that same price I managed to get four times as many from Tesco and they lasted a lot longer. I know where I'll be going in future and it's not 'bunches'!”

“Ok flowers but arrived Monday not Friday or Saturday as detailed. Did not ring bell No knock, no note. Neighbour noticed them and let Mother know. Returning customer because Mpther was impressed last Mother’s Day not so this year.”

“Hi. I ordered flowers for a birthday on 23/3/23. They arrived on 17/3/23. the cost was £28 with postage. I could have got a better bunch from my local supermarket for £8.00. Absolute Rubbish. Jim Allard.”
