“Floral display was not like the picture .when flowers arrived it was 16:10hrs my mother had already left my house. I had requested delivery before 3pm. Overall was not pleased. I doubt I will use this service again. Very disappointed.”

“The flowers were ordered for Mothers Day, they arrived a day late and were dry and very sad looking. The bouquet did not look as full as that pictured on the website. Very disappointed. I would not use this provider again”

“Delivery was okay however I paid for an extra large bouquet and what I got was smaller than what I would get at the cheapest value in the supermarket. Very disappointed and will be going back to my usual flower delivery services.”

“Extremely dissatisfied. For the price that I made I feel I definitely did not get my moneys worth. When the bouquet arrive it was obviously very small and a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be but told myself maybe it’s because the flowers hadn’t opened yet. Once flowers did bloom they lasted maximum 3 days before dying. Very disappointed.”

“Not what I expected at all, while I appreciate advertising images won’t always like like the product delivered. Due to the different lengths to which the product was delivered, there was no possible way they could have been arranged to even attempt to look like the advertisement. You state the product would come in bud form for a longer life, this was not the case as 9 of the 11 sent were already open. I used online purchase for convenience, my error I should have taken more time to shop myself.”

“I placed the order on the 13th to allow plenty of time for the order to be fulfilled on the 18th. The order did not arrive until 20th. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement as I have used them before. The did offer a refund for postage which I refused as it as insulting. I could have rang a local florist to save that.”
