Flowers delivered in terrible condition heads falling off and box falling apart. When I complained I was asked to send photo obviously did not believe me although I have been customer for over 10 years. Will no longer use Bunches.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Not happy at all, on the picture looks definitely bigger, last 6 days only. Will buy somewhere else next time.

I orderd 3 items for delivery and they where not delivered I phoned customer service and they said they would contact me when it was returned I have had no contact and no refund

I was disappointed with the order, actually I have ordered a teddy bear but It hasn't arrived, only flowers were dispatched.

The flowers did not arrive. The delivery firm said no one was in. There were 4 of us at home and I was sitting in front room with view of the front gate and no vehicle stopped at our address

Would not use again. Flowers were not despatched until 6.30pm the night before they were due, so there was no chance of them delivering on time. Flowers themselves were like something I'd pulled out of a bush. NOT RECOMMENDED

I ordered white roses and was sent a multi coloured bunch,when I complained I was told they can substitute the order with what they’ve got,it’s in the small print.also the roses they sent were 2nd class I could of got better from a supermarket,will never use again and have told my friends also.

I’m very disappointed, I paid over £40 for 12 dozen red roses from bunches, I also paid £5 for 12 dozen red roses from Tesco and they were identical. I was expecting top quality red roses for £40.

Flowers were meant to arrive on Saturday 11th February, didn't arrive until Sunday 12th

I appreciate that the flowers need to bloom and be arranged but I’ve been utterly disappointed with these flowers, which were a present for my mum! They were embarrassing! I called to explain but was told to just wait until they bloomed properly - they never got any better!

Ordered for a birthday gift and recipient said they were all limp and drooping when arrived she didn’t think they would last long. It’s embarrassing when you order flowers and they arrive limp and dropping. Ordered flowers from other online retailers and arrived with a bag around roots with water. These flowers had nothing to keep them fresh.I’ll order from somewhere else in future. On the plus they arrived on Time so gave 1Star

The flowers my daughter in law received were sad looking and did not contain pink gypsophila as advertised. I have used your firm for a few years. This is the first time I have been staying at the address at the time they were delivered. I think she has been too polite to tell me about the flowers she has received in previous years. I will not be using Bunches again
