“Sadly the postal service let the side down and don't even attempt to leave box or deliver to near neighbour, or even give someone chance to answer door. Straight off to postal depot 😱 creating a collection nightmare”

“I ordered a few bunches of flowers from here. The autumnal bunch was beautiful and the recipient was very happy with them, the golden sunshine bunch was pretty but I was expecting it to be a bit fuller, the third bunch I ordered was the florists choice bunch. I was so disappointed with the florists choice bunch, the recipient sent me a photo and it honestly looked like such a cheap and basic bunch of flowers, such a shame!”

“I have sent the same choice of flowers from Bunches to three different people. I did personally see one of the floral displays and was rather disappointed that the roses were rather dried up and the delivery box was a bit bashed. However the recipients seem to be happy with their present.”

“I ordered some roses and prosecco for a friend's 50th birthday and chose a specific date but went for the Royal Mail Tracked delivery option which stated that 95% of deliveries were delivered on the date specified. I was disappointed as they did not arrive on her birthday but 2 days later. I realise now that I should have chosen the guaranteed courier delivery. Nonetheless the flowers I was told were beautiful. You live and learn!”

“A little disappointed with this order. I bought the “Autumn freesias and roses” for my Mum’s birthday but she received gerberas and chrysanthemums. She still loved them, but not what I ordered. Also they arrived 2 days late which was a shame.”

“beautiful flowers ,the wife loved them. unfortunatly they came at .2.30 pm which was disappointing and being in a cardboard box were droopy but revived after water and care . i will try you again next time thank you Roger”
