Was very disapointed that the flowers were two days late in arriving as a birthday gift. Dont know if i will use bunches again

I decided to order from bunches due to the good reviews i read on them but To be honest Im really disappointed, firstly for the price i paid I don’t think the quality is there secondly i know flowers don’t last forever but you would hope that they would not be falling apart when you receive them, these are a present for my mums birthday just hoping they don’t disappoint. Im giving 3 stars mainly for the fast delivery but i think il stick to local shops from now.

The friends and family have told me they are pleased with the flowers they have received. As I haven’t seen them for myself I can’t honestly comment, if I received flowers of poor quality I wouldn’t want to upset the sender who made an effort.

I ordered 2 bunches. The more expensive of the 2 looked nothing like the picture and I was disappointed as it was a gift and was very lacking but the 2nd bunch were okay.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I'm afraid I can't give any comments on the quality of the flowers. I had ordered them as a suprise for my cousin who had just come home from hospital,unfortunately although they probably were delivered she never got to open the box. This could have been a mistake by her carer. SOrly.

I ordered a Picasso arrangement to be delivered to my mum for her birthday. The flowers were very nice and lasted well, but two steps were broken, unfortunately.

Never arrived on time and flowers don't look like the ones in the photos you order from.

I am told the gift was fine. However, I paid extra (£5.99) for it to be delivered on October 5th and it was delivered on 4th. Not good.

Arrived with some buds having dropped off unfortunately. The rest of the flowers opened well and were very pretty

I was disappointed when my daughter-in-law sent me a photo. There seemed to be very few flowers and I could have bought a bunch far cheaper at a local supermarket which would have looked better. I felt very embarrassed when I saw the photo. I have used you for years and usually I am pleased.

Have used bunches for years & they have always been excellent but this time there standards were disappointing. But will use them again & hope this was just a blip.

The quality was great but instead of a pink bunch of flowers they sent all white which was not very appropriate for the celebration

They were delivered to the wrong address. I acknowledge that I might have put 71 Hillside but the post code was definitely the correct one for no.70 Hillside, Banstead.

I use this company regularly and have always been pleased with their flowers. However I recently purchased flowers for my daughter that were really disappointing. I emailed a complaint nearly two weeks ago and unfortunately they haven’t responded. Time for a change!
