Not happy with the flowers I bought and sent for my friend. The quality is not the same as shown in the picture at all. Quite disappointed because I was expecting it to look nicer but it didn't

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and they turned up two days late. I ordered one week earlier to make sure delivery was one time. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive as hoped for. When they arrived the flowers were past their best. Bunches customer services did not care the flowers were late and offered no gesture of good will. Due to this poor service I will not be using bunches again.

The delivery service selected was our free delivery service which is a 1-2 working day delivery and cannot be guaranteed on the date requested as explained in our delivery terms, however we do offer a 7 day freshness guarantee with all our arrangement, therefore if the flowers did not last please do contact us again. Gave me a date that i can order, flowers did not arrive that day ( a 50th Birthday) & all they said was well you should have ordered earlier 😡 will never use again

Good evening. I was away in Italy for my wife’s birthday. I ordered some flowers and a bottle of Prosecco for her birthday. The delivery arrived on time however the quality/life of the flowers is very poor. Thank you Michael

The process of getting the flowers couldn’t have been better, looked lovey on the website and a revert good price, delivered in good time. However the person I bought them for was really disappointed that most of them arrived dead, she threw a few of them away as they were so wilted after trying to revive them with water overnight. Only ended up with a small handful that lasted all of 4 days., certainly not worth over £30! Overall disappointed. I’ve used bunches multiple times before and they’ve always been good, not sure what happened this time!

I was very disappointed with this bunch of flowers, they were half dead when they arrived and did not revive. I also thought the amount of flowers in the bunch was poor.

Completely disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. They were nothing like the picture I made the purchase from and was fobbed off when I reported back my complaint. Will definately not be buying from them again!!! Will stick with Marks and Spencer flowers - you get exactly what you order.

Had to pay a lot to get delivery on the exact day, flowers were not like the image there was barely any flowers and they weren’t fresh

I have used bunches a lot..but a recent order I put in for my mams birthday came a day too late and over half of the flowers were dead..we will be re thinking about using them again

The flowers looked nothing like the website photo. They reminded me of the cheap bunches that are for sale for a few pounds on the petrol garage forecourt. I won’t be using this company again. Judging by their inappropriate response when I contacted them, I don’t believe they are florists. More like an agency that takes a percentage and passes on the order, so it’s hit and miss what you actually receive.
