“I've bought Bunches bouquets before and the recipients really loved them. This time I ordered one for my daughter who lives with me and has been having a rough time recently so I wanted to cheer her up. I actually also paid extra for letterbox delivery. However I am very disappointed with the bouquet as there is no way I have been able to get it to look anything like the illustration on the Bunches website, which is lovely. Regretfully, I won't be buying from Bunches again. I don't feel that I have received value for money at all and cannot recommend Bunches either. Flowers from any supermarket are cheaper and have proved to be just as good, if not better.”

“The flowers were pretty but the bunch was really small and not as I expected. The flowers didn’t really arrive in bud as the website states and I didn’t receive any tracking information so was worried they wouldn’t arrive for the recipients birthday.”

“I was rather disappointed with the flowers I sent to my sister for her birthday. I normally use Marks and Spencer but thought I would try Bunches. There is no comparison between the two retailers for the same price, Marks & Spencer wins hands down.”

“Delivery was not made on the Friday as “there was no reply” so they were delivered on the Monday but just left on the doorstep. How can flowers 4 days old be acceptable”

“We usualy find excellent service from Bunches and the problems we've experienced are more to do with the delivery company. The packaging was damaged and despite requesting the delivery company waited for an elderly recipient to reach the door the package was left on the door step, meaning they had to struggle to pick it up. The plant, as a consequence looked quite sad but has recovered fortunately.”

“First time ever (and I use bunches frequently) I was disappointed with the latest bouquet I ordered. The person who received them said that quite a few of the flowers were very limp and 6 days in she has had to throw about a third of them away as they didn't recover. However this will not stope using your company as i believe this was a one off. For my birthday (26th Sept) 4 of the 5 bouquets I received were from yourselves and I still have the last carnations in a vase 3 weeks later”

“Disappointed at amount of flowers for the price. No foliage to bulk out number of flowers. Delivery was spot om, it at this price for what was sent will be. Dry dubious to. Use your company again.”
