I was very disappointed with my order, it looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. The amount of blooms for the price was pathetic. For that same price I managed to get four times as many from Tesco and they lasted a lot longer. I know where I'll be going in future and it's not 'bunches'!

Ok flowers but arrived Monday not Friday or Saturday as detailed. Did not ring bell No knock, no note. Neighbour noticed them and let Mother know. Returning customer because Mpther was impressed last Mother’s Day not so this year.

I sent flowers to my mum very disappointed . Lots of greenery and hardly any flowers . Nothing like the picture . Second time this has happened at Christmas you replaced then . Wouldn’t be ordering flowers from you again

Hi. I ordered flowers for a birthday on 23/3/23. They arrived on 17/3/23. the cost was £28 with postage. I could have got a better bunch from my local supermarket for £8.00. Absolute Rubbish. Jim Allard.

Bought for Mothers Day. Very diappointed. Nothing like the pic online. Was in tears when Mum sent me photo. Should've waited and went to Tesco or Asda

Very disappointed in the bunch of flowers that were delivered. For the cost, they are not worth the money. They barely filled the vase. I won't use bunches again, I've had much better flowers delivered by post from other suppliers.

Bought damson bouquet size large which should have had 17 stems. It had 10 stems of flowers and 7 stems of greenery. So don't buy as you are wasting your money.

Such a shame as I didn’t realise that the ‘leaf stems’ were counted in as the bunch of flowers that I thought I had ordered.. the picture my daughter in law sent me of the bunch looked so sparse!!!😢

Ordered Rhubarb and Custard (check them out) for my friends birthday. The ones she received were worlds apart compared to the picture on the Bunches website. Severe embarrassment, complained to customer support were told "they are not from our hand tied range and will therefore need arranging" really!! Will not be purchasing again

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my nieces birthday. It turns out the delivery took place at 18.01 and by then nobody was home. The flowers were left with a neighbour so were notbreceived by the recipient until the next day and by this time the flowers were in need of some refreshing water. I am so disappointed with the service I received and will not use Bunches again.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the recipient was not home when the delivery was attempted. We do advise that we deliver until 6pm. If the gift was left with a neighbour a calling card should have been left to let them know the parcel had been left with a neighbour. My first ike using bunches and if ik honest I wouldn't use again. My delivery address wasn't put properly in to the system (I'm convinced it glitched as I remember typing the delivery address in) therefore my flowers got sent out for delivery at an undeliverable address and didn't get physically delivered in the end. They were returned to sender and when I called to sort this out I wasn't offered any compensation for this error so I paid for flowers which never arrived. I was made to feel like it was an error on my end over the phone so overall would say that this wasn't a very good customer service experience.

Thank you for your review. After reviewing your order, an incorrect address had been entered when the order was placed. When an order is placed online we rely on the information provided to be correct, therefore the gift was sent out with the address supplied. We do send a confirmation email after the order is placed which allows the customer to ensure all the details are correct. Therefore, if any amendments need to be made this can be done before the order is dispatched. We do understand that mistakes can happen, however we cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered or delayed due to incorrect details being provided. We can also see that we offered a large discount should you wish to place the order again with the correct details. DO NOT TRUST THE DELIVERY DATE. I think its very unprofessional to provide a delivery service where you can select the date you would like the order to be delivered, and they don't turn up until the following day. I appreciate that this might be a royal mail issue although if it is a recurring issue which I’ve been told is the case by the Bunches team, then it should not be an option on your website. Frustratingly the flowers i ordered for my girlfriend were late and therefore she missed them before going away. I complained and Bunches took 0 responsibility which meant I have wasted the money I spent. Would not recommend if you are shopping for a timely gift.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. After some upsetting news I made a mistake on my keypad when typing the address of my bereaved friend. Bunches not only offered no help or recompense I was actually told it was my own fault. I have asked to be removed from all mailing lists which has been ignored hence the request for this feedback. I will never purchase anything from them again. Just go away, please Bunches.

As our products are of a perishable nature we were unable to send the gift out again once it had be returned.
