“Pretty but not worth the price could get equally as decent flowers from superstore”

“The flowers were lovely and fresh but a strange thing happened- I asked for them to be delivered last Saturday and was told no one was in the house at 4pm which I later found out was not true - they were in all day and they were delivered by the postman on Monday morning- earlier on Monday morning I was tracking the flowers and I found that they tried to deliver them at 4pm on Saturday and now it was up to the recipient to get in touch re organising the delivery- I sent her an email explaining this. She then wrote to me to thank me for the lovely flowers which came on Monday morning - a surprise as they knew nothing about anything happening on Saturday- why spoil a good service with a mess up like I have explained? If you can’t deliver til Monday don’t say you tried to deliver on Saturday and mislead me about what will happen next. I will think carefully before I use your service again”

“I have ordered in the past but rather disappointed this time. The overall look of the flowers did not match the picture. Colours were good but a couple of the stems were damaged and it did not look as "full" as the picture online. The recipient was pleased but obviously she had not seen the original picture.”

“Sent birthday flowers for my sister she said thank you and sent he a photo and I wasn’t impressed at all! They had been chucked over back gate & left all day in minus 2 degrees temperatures outside. So looked very bedraggled and sorry for themselves 🙁 think your delivery people need to take more care”
