“I was actually really disappointed with the flowers I sent to an unwell friend. Cost nearly £30 and I could have picked up the same in Aldi for less than a tenner. I wish I had contacted customer service about them. They weren't very good at all. Very few actual flowers, all of which looked a bit weak and pathetic.”

“Bunches is the best online flower company and the only one I use now. Off all the bouquets I've bought over the years I only had an issue once with a couple of bent stems on a bouquet. Bunches sent out another replacement without any quibbles whatsoever as they understood situation, they even threw in a couple of extra items as a good will gesture. Apart from that occasion, I was once let down by the Royal Mail with a bunch arriving 24hrs late but wasn't really an issue.”
