Very disappointed that the flowers arrived 2 days late. They were booked 5 days before for a 92nd birthday. When they did arrive they were very nice but defeated the object being late. Won't use this company again.

Ordered a bunch of flowered for my friends birthday and only got sent what seemed to be half the bunch shown in the picture online

Received couple broken . But it still nice looking bouquet and I would said it’s more average size - XL ordered but it’s just a bit bigger then Tesco bouquets so don’t expect huge as it shows as size XL but I didn’t expected nothing bigger for price just I’m definitely not ordering again because lasted just a week . A bit weird because ordered from another services and always lasting about month even when buying flowers from Tesco it’s lasting about two weeks so unfortunately It’s not worth at all . Delivery in time . Giving two stars just for delivery in time and nice looking bouquet but not quality . Unfortunately quality low because of lasting

I was dissapointed I could not pick my flowers up from Royal mail it did say they would try on Monday to deliver them but they didn't try they sent them back to you ,they were supposed to deliver them on the Friday but it was Saturday afternoon and by the time I got the email about them all was closed .

Very disappointed with my recent order. Did not arrive on my friends birthday as I wanted, and my friend told me when the flowers arrived they were not in a very good condition. Both myself and my friend always order flowers for each others birthdays and Christmas, but we think maybe we need to look at another supplier as this is the second order from us that has not been of the usual high standard we have come to expect.

After using your company quite a few times and being very pleased with my orders, I was upset and disappointed with the condition of the flowers. Two of the carnation heads were off and two bent halfway down the stem. These flowers were bought in memory of a very special lady and i feel more care should have been taken when packing

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Monday but it was Wednesday before they arrived. Contacted customer services to ask where my order was and was told it was the Royal Mails fault. Was also told a fresh order would be sent as a good will gesture. Still waiting ...

I have ordered from bunches for many years but the last bunch I ordered for my friend was embarrassing to say the least the flowers were very sad and never perked up, I will have to think about whether to use you again.

Plant was dry when delivered , some of the flowers were dying. I use this company a lot buying plants for family because I live out of the country and I have never had any issues until this last purchase unfortunately.

Purchased the pretty in peach letterbox flowers for my mum for her birthday 2 of the flower heads were snapped of and one of the butterfly wings was broken

The flowers were ordered for my parents 71st Wedding Anniversary and I found a nice photograph of some colourful flowers (my parents both have eyesight problems and need something bright). When I arrived at their house 3 or 4 days later I noticed they were withered and there was a lot of greenery and not so many flowers as was on the website photograph. I felt upset for them as they didn't get the 'large bouquet' that I thought they were getting and I felt that the amount of money I paid for them was too much.

Disappointing. Only one stem of gypsophilia and some flowers going brown already on delivery.
